The dock has plenty of room for mooring, water sports sunbathing &
fishing. It has an attached deck w/ 400SF of porch to sit and watch
the sunset.
The newly remodeled house is over 2500sf under air with beautiful
views of lake throughout the house. It has three bedrooms, two
bathrooms.The family room has a beautiful stone fireplace.The rear
porch is screened and has sliding glass windows for those inclement
days.This house is perfect for 2-3 couples or 2 couples with children
No Smoking No Pets Jet ski's are allowed with discretion

Lake Francis has limited access and therefore it does not have the
traffic of the larger more popular lakes.Lake Francis is
excellent for all types of water sports...You can enjoy fishing
skiing, boating, or just hanging out.
Sebring is 15 minutes north has all of the usual restaurants& stores.
Tampa and Orlando are just 2 hours away.
The American Legion & Moose lodge are within a short driving
distance. About 3 miles south is downtown Lake Placid. It has the
usual small town businesses, shops,Diners,Restaurants,CVS Pharmacy
and a Publix. A championship golf course is only a few miles away.

Winter rates: $1500.00 per week $2200.00 per month
Summer Rates (~Memorial Day thru Labor Day)

Holiday weeks are an additional $400.00
No more than 6/8 over night renters and 4 Day guests without
permission
A WEEK IS 7 DAYS

A Non refundable Rent deposit of $750.00 is required within 10 days
of making your reservation. Complete payment is due 10 days prior to
your arrival.
A security deposit of $750.00 is also required at this time and is
refunded 7 to 10 days after your satisfactory departure.
HOUSE KEEPING FEE:$200.00(if left in clean condition, the fee will be
$100.00)
