has 5 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Equipped with 4 king
beds and 1 queen bed.  2 queen sofa sleepers, a futon for extra sleeping.  Single beds available for extra sleeping available on request.  All bedding down, with a down feather bed, 1000 count plus sheets, down comforter and pillows to make the perfect "nest".  The pool cabana has become the new "fishing room" with bait freezer and commercial ice machine

 The screened veranda has a two living areas and a large dining table that can seat 10+ it overlooks the pool and water area filled with blooming tropical landscaping.  Windows and sliding glass doors make up most of the house providing the feeling of living at one with the tropics.
The outdoor entertainment area is complete with heated pool,
barbecue grill, outdoor shower, and 120 foot of dock space on deep
natural, crystal clear canal which is right at channel two.
Two wonderful beaches close by. Ann's beach right accross the
street and white marlin beach is a great sand bar beach right
outside the neighborhood, only accessible by boat.

The home amenities include; High speed wireless internet, upgraded cable, national long distance, Air-conditioning, heat, large brand new
weber barbecue grill,laundry room with washer/dryer, all linens are
1000+ thread count, all bedding down. 6 TVs, VCRs, and DVDs ceiling fans, and 120 foot of dockage. Property has plenty of parking for boat trailers. Pets possibly permitted.

The home is Located on the bayside at the the east end of channel
two, providing immediate access to both bay and ocean. With Colosa
Cover Marina accross the street.
Islandmorada offers diving, snorkeling, fishing - Deep Sea or Back
Country, Theater of the Sea, Swim with the Dolphins, amazing
restaurants, major grocery stores, video rentals, movie theater,
resorts.
