Policy

Rental Rates are quoted for 1-5 persons in the Guest House, 1-5 in Casa Principal and 1-3 in the Casita. Please inquire if your group is larger.

Children are welcome but the house is not child-proofed. We believe that parents are the best judge of their children's actions. The use of common sense in setting aside art or other objects that might be tempting to youngsters is encouraged.

Please inquire if you want to bring pets.

No smoking is allowed inside the house but there is a large terrace where smoking is permitted.

Until confirmed, our rates are subject to change without notice.

Cleaning services (including laundry, floor cleaning, bed making, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and similar services) are available at additional cost. We encourage you to use this inexpensive service; it will make your vacation a true vacation.

All bookings are a minimum of one week.
