Casa Magica are proud to announce their May 29, 2008 purchase and renovation of Sisal Sur Mer.  To

This late 19th century Hacienda style home has been completely renovated from top to bottom.  
Tastefully divided into two private residences, “Casa Principal” with 2 bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms  
and “The Guest House” with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are both available for your vacation enjoyment. 
 
 
Sisal Sur Mer maintains old world architectural grandeur while providing all modern day  
conveniences.  It boasts fully equipped kitchens, air conditioned master bedrooms, hand-made  
furniture and luxury linens while pleasing the senses with rich colors, natural textures and  
romantic charm. 
 
Designed to take advantage of prevailing sea breezes, most rooms open to magnificent ocean vistas or  
tropical garden views. 
 
Sisal Sur Mer borders El Palmar Biological Reserve.  You will enjoy spectacular views of pristine

Policy 
 
Rental Rates are quoted for 1-5 persons. Please inquire if your group is larger.  
 
Children are welcome but the house is not child-proofed.  We believe that parents are the best judge  
of their children's actions.  The use of common sense in setting aside art or other objects that  
might be tempting to youngsters is encouraged.  
 
Please inquire if you want to bring pets.  
 
No smoking is allowed inside the house but there is a large terrace where smoking is permitted. 
 
Until confirmed, our rates are subject to change without notice. 
 
Cleaning services (including laundry, floor cleaning, bed making, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and  
similar services) are available at additional cost. We encourage you to use this inexpensive  
service; it will make your vacation a true vacation. 
  
All bookings are a minimum of one week.
