This gorgeous 4 Bed/4Ba (2400 sq.ft) Beach house "Touch of Paradise"
has a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the Master balcony.
1 King, 3 Queens, 1Twin, 1 Comfortable Roll Away Bed to put where ever you
like.
All rooms are much more Spacious than they appear in the
pictures.Living room and all Bedrms have TV/DVD
The beach is an easy 3-min. stroll from our home.
This private, spacious, elegantly decorated home is peacefully tucked
away
in Terra Cotta Terrace, an Upscale community in Destin, yet within
minutes from fabulous dining,
shopping and entertainment.
"A Touch of Paradise" has 4 Spacious Bedrooms with 4 Baths, offers a
soothing atmosphere and all the comforts of home.
The Master Bathroom has a King size bed, a garden tub/Jacuzzi,
shower and walk-in closet.
The other 3 Large bedrooms have Queen-size beds& 1 Twin.There is 1 Comfortable Roll Away bed you can put  where ever
you like.
The Main Living area features a fully furnished kitchen and dining
area with double French doors leading to the back patio featuring a
nice Barbeque Grill.
Conveniently located for  Beach Access and Community Pool.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The home was everything we needed - four bedrooms each with its own bathroom. We had four couples staying at the home, and this provided maximum convenience for everyone. The short walk to the beach made it easy, even for two pregnant ladies!! And having the pool so close was also a nice feature. The house was well maintained, immaculate, beautifully decorated, and provided all the space we needed. Communication with Vince and Meryl was always immediate and accommodating from the time we booked the rental until we checked out. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone visiting Destin. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great family vacation!!

We planned a family vacation to Destin, FL and A Touch of Paradise was a perfect place for us. The house was beautiful and offered a lot of privacy for all ten of us. The five minute walk to the beach was close enough that our three year old grandson could make the walk without any problem. We would definitely rent from Meryl and Vince again without a doubt. They were very accommodating and checked on us mid-week. It was a vacation we all will be talking about for years to come.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

It really is a touch of Paradise!

I just spent a week with my 3 children, their spouses and my 2 grandchildren. We had a wonderful time and had plenty of space. I loved the area and the house was great. The rooms were really spacious and clean. We also liked that the 4 bedrooms were spread out over 3 floors, which allowed for privacy. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. My grandchildren LOVED the pool. I was worried that the water would be too cold since we were there in March, but it was as warm as a bathtub and right across the street. Vince and Meryl were extremely helpful and friendly. The living area was a little bit small for the size of the house, but we spent most of our time outside on the patio. We will definitely rent from them again!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car
