views: Pinnacle Peak, Black Mountain, Crystal mountain all within 
viewing and hiking, beautiful sunrises and  sunsets,with your own 
safe cayote happy hour. 
A wonderful quiet cul-de-sac with lots of privacy yet close to Cave 
creek, Reta Pass, Pinnicle Peak resturants and unique quiet dinning.
as well as Scottsdale.  Home was recently refurnished in complete
southwestern decor, is an enchanting, peaceful and beautiful 
property with views for miles.

Den has Queen size  pull out couch for either sleeping, watching 
television or using our state of the art high speed computer 
access.  You do not have to bring anything, just 
food and your desire to mellow out and feel like you are in paradise.

Master bedroom: Views of mountains,4 poster log  california king bed 
with down pillows, a  27" flat screen cable television and CD player.
Master bath is 20x15,  tub and seperate  walk-in shower withlarge  
picture overlooking private courtyard. His and hers walk in closets 
with built in drawers.

Second bedroom: Southwestern queensize bed with feather top 
matteress, , flat screen television, built in drawers 
and shelfs in closet and ipod player port.

Den has 27 inch flat screen  panel television with CR/cable.Queen 
size  out couch.Internet computer with DSL high 
speed access. A  full picture window with a friendly cardnial to 
give you hours of enjoyment and reminder you to feed him.

Living room/Dinning room has hign ceilings, comfortable overstuff 
leather love seats and chairs and access to private patio with Bar-B-
 Que sitting area.

Family room has double sided fireplace with automatic switch (gas)
looking into the kitchen. A 
27 inch flat screen HDtelevision with CD/VCR player, overstuffed 
furniture, picture windows looking out onto  the pool area and 
mountains vistas  which is abundant with natures landscape.


Kitchen is fully furnished with a picture window to watch the birds 
and the sun come alive while you are enjoying your coffee.
     Microwave, dishwasher, doublesided  ice making refrigerator, 
electrice stove and oven decorated in  in black and red 
colors.  Seating for 6 and huge  walk in pantry.

Side porch with Bar-B-Que and seating area, for reading ,eating or 
peace and quiet.

Laundry room washer and dryer in separate enclosuer.

2 car garage.

Quiet back patio with  pool and hot tub, bar and lounge chairs to 
enjoy the everchanging vistas.

experience. Sedona is 2 hours a way, Phoenix airport is  30 minutes 
by car, Scottsdale private airport just 15 minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates

In season: $500 a night ( 3 night minimum) or $3500 a week,$5,000 
monthly.
 In season : Jan-April

Off season: May -Nov   $300 a night or $3,000 a week,monthly rate 
upon request
