Our scenic location will inspire you to rise early to see the
sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. During the day you can lose track
of time bird watching or waiting for the next dolphin sighting. You
will want to stay up late to search for the "big-dipper" amongst the
many stars shining down on you. You may decide to pull yourself away
and take a stroll along the beach or you may stay on the walking
path and be delighted when a deer comes your way.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sundowners on the balcony while
you enjoy the sights and sound of the ocean. However, you decide to
spend your time here you will enjoy our location and the ambience of
our villa.
Dolphin Watch villa is beautifully decorated and furnished with
great attention to detail. The décor offers soft hues, designer
window treatment,lush carpet and complimentary accessories. For the
chef in the family, the kitchen is fully equipped. Lovely bed &
bath linen are also provided. You bring the groceries and
everything else necessary for a relaxing vacation will be waiting
for you.
Located in the heart of South Carolina’s Lowcountry on the beautiful
pristine Fripp Island. The island is 3.5 miles long bordered by the
Atlantic Ocean and Fripp Inlet it is a secluded private gated
community and a designated nature preserve. Our villa is located in
the North Hampton complex and enjoys panoramic views of the ocean
and the inlet. The island offers activities for all ages: golf (two
award winning beautiful and challenging eighteen hole courses);
tennis courts (eight soft and two hard surface); swimming pools (six-
one heated year round); Camp Fripp for children 3-12 years of age
(offers a fun filled day with education, crafts, nature and beach
trips, pool games, Wee links and much more); trails for jogging,
biking and scenic walks and a fitness center. You can also rent
boats, kayaks, jet skis, mopeds and golf carts. There are excursion
boats for dolphin watching or just a relaxing day or evening on the
water. Fisherman can test their skills along the tidal creeks. There
are numerous restaurants each offering a different type of cuisine.
You are encouraged to venture off the island and visit the
restaurants, art galleries, museums, spas and boutiques of Beaufort
and area islands.

Living/Dining Area: Sleeper sofa (full size bed),love seat,cable
television,DVD,VCR,dining table and seating for four,counter dining
w/bar stools, ceiling fan, telephone and a panoramic view of the
ocean,Hunting Island and Fripp Inlet. Balcony w/seating overlooking
the private pool.
Bedroom: A spacious room with a queen size bed, night stands,
luggage rack, cable television, dresser, two closets, clock radio
and full master bath.
Kitchen: Stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher,
double sink, coffee maker, toaster, china, flatware, pots, pans,
serving utensils, lots of counter space and a panoramic view of the
ocean.
Other amenities: Half bath off the living/dining area, washer/dryer,
iron, ironing board, central air and hear. Bed and bath linens
provided.
Two amenity cards are included w/weekly rentals.

In the “Low Country” shopping is available at unique boutiques and
art galleries featuring local designers and artists. Numerous
festivals occur in the area as well as various holiday events. There
are museums and historic buildings reflecting the many facets of
southern history. Major grocery stores are close by.

We are located approximately ninety minutes from the Savannah, GA
airport and thirty minutes from Beaufort, SC and two hours from
Charleston, SC. These cities offer history, culture, fine and
casual dining along with breath taking sightseeing.
The National Trust has recognized Beaufort for Historic Preservation
as one of a “Dozen Distinctive Destinations”.
