In the heart of South Carolina’s Lowcountry on the beautiful pristine Fripp Island nestled on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean you will find DOLPHIN WATCH VILLA: our spacious corner OCEANFRONT VILLA.  We are in the North Hampton complex with panoramic views of the ocean, Fripp inlet and easy access to the Ocean Point Golf Course.  The ocean is your backyard, just fifty feet away. 

Our scenic location will inspire you to rise early to see the sunrise over the Atlantic, while sipping your morning beverage on the veranda. Watching how the sun shimmers on the ocean can be mesmerizing.  During the day you can lose track of time bird-watching or waiting for the next DOLPHIN sighting. Enjoy the sound of the waves splashing against the rocky shore. You will want to stay up late to search for the "big-dipper" amongst the many stars shining down on you. You may decide to pull yourself away and take a stroll along the beach or one of the paths and be delighted when a deer comes your way. However you decide to spend your time here you will enjoy our location and the ambience of our villa. If romance is on your schedule the sunsets on Fripp can not be beat.

FRIPP ISLAND is a secluded private gated community and a designated nature preserve it is 3.5 miles long bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Fripp Inlet it.  The island offers activities for all ages: GOLF (two award winning beautiful and challenging eighteen hole courses), TENNIS courts (eight soft and two hard surface), SWIMMING pools (six), CAMP FRIPP for children 3-12 years of age (offers a fun filled day with education, crafts, nature and beach trips, pool games and much more), trails for jogging, biking and scenic walks and a fitness center. You can also rent boats, kayaks, jet skis, mopeds and golf carts. There are excursion boats for dolphin watching or just a relaxing day or evening on the water. Fisherman can test their skills along the tidal creeks.  There are numerous restaurants each offering a different type of cuisine and a view of the island.

Dolphin Watch Villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. Soft colors on the walls and comfortable furnishing provide a ‘homey feeling.” Over looking the ocean is the spacious living room that includes a sofa (w/queen bed), a love seat, soft lighting, candles and a 32” FLAT SCREEEN TELEVISION, VHS/DVD PLAYER, enjoy our music, books and games; the dining area includes a glass topped dining table with seating for four and a bar height counter with two stools; the fully equipped kitchen, includes an ocean view and for the chef in the family we have: GEORGE FORMAN ROASTER OVEN; WAFFLE MAKER; PANCAKE GRILL PAN; ELECTRIC MIXER; BLENDER; SALAD SPINNER, TOASTER, ELECTRIC CAN OPENER. COFFEE MAKER, full size appliances and many other utensils to assist meal in preparation. 

The bedroom includes a queen -size bed, dresser, lush bed linen, extra pillows, two night stands, two lamps, luggage rack and a 26” FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION, DVD PLAYER, CLOCK RADIO, CD PLAYER.  

Lush bed, bath linens and beach towels are provided.  We also provide iron, ironing board, washer and dryer.

For your convenience we have: carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit, candles, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and an emergency weather radio.

The North Hampton complex includes a private pool by the ocean.  We are on the second floor with access

Two amenity cards are included w/weekly rentals.

In the “Low Country” shopping is available at unique boutiques and
art galleries featuring local designers and artists. Numerous
festivals occur in the area as well as various holiday events. There
are museums and historic buildings reflecting the many facets of
southern history. Major grocery stores are close by.

We are located approximately ninety minutes from the Savannah, GA
airport and thirty minutes from Beaufort, SC and two hours from
Charleston, SC. These cities offer history, culture, fine and
casual dining along with breath taking sightseeing.
The National Trust has recognized Beaufort for Historic Preservation
as one of a “Dozen Distinctive Destinations”.
