kitchen - everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet
meal! Lots of storage in bedroom closets & drawers. 3 ASSIGNED
parking spaces (2 covered) in off-street parking lot (under & behind
building).  New for summer 2009 - just renovated both full baths!

3 Bedrooms (1st bedroom: queen AND single; 2nd bedroom: queen; 3rd
bedroom: queen AND single); dishwasher, large! fridge, oven,
microwave, washer, dryer, central air conditioning/heat, breakfast
bar in kitchen, large dining area,cable TV & DVD players in living
room and two bedrooms, private balconies on each level and common
deck, 3 assigned parking spaces under building; additional parking on

are located across Coastal Highway from Phillip's Seafood Restaurant,
