Ocean  views  - 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhouse located on 141st Street in North Ocean City - away from the 
hustle and bustle of downtown, but just a short drive to the boardwalk and shopping.  Sleeps 8 in beds with 
new mattresses.  Beautiful furnishings and decorations  throughout.   All new appliances, doors, and windows!  
Gourmands will love the kitchen - everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal!  Lots of 
storage in bedroom closets & drawers. 3 assigned parking spaces in off-street parking lot (under building).

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Bedrooms (1st bedroom: 1 queen and 1 single; 2nd bedroom: 1 queen; 3rd bedroom: 1 queen  and  1 
single); Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, Central air conditioning, Heat, breakfast bar in kitchen, large dining area, 
cable TV & DVDs in two bedrooms and living room, private balconies on each level and common deck, 3 assigned 
parking spaces under building; additional parking on street.  No smoking and no pets!

Activities and Attractions

This unit is on the beach block with great ocean views.  We are located across Ocean Highway from Phillip's  
Seafood  Restaurant, Sun & Surf movie theater, and mini golf course.   The only beach volleyball allowed in 
North OC is at this beach, and all are invited to play!

***No senior week rentals - We only rent to adults and families***
