Renovations Completed in May 2012! We still have a few summer weeks left, but they are going fast!
We installed new flooring and fresh paint throughout home; updated kitchen with 42' (tall!) cabinets; and redecorated living room with new sleeper sofa and loveseat. Check out our updated Photos for the relaxing beachy decor, just completed in late May.

updated appliances, doors, and windows. Gourmands will love the
kitchen - everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet
meal! Lots of storage in bedroom closets & drawers. 3 ASSIGNED
parking spaces (1 covered) in off-street parking lot (under & behind
building).

This unit is on the beach block with ocean views from 3 stories. We
are located across Coastal Highway from Phillip's Seafood Restaurant,
one block from movie theater, mini golf course, shopping, churches,
and lots of restaurants. The ONLY beach volleyball allowed in North
OC is at THIS beach, and all are invited to play!
