Cape Cod Style Vacation Home in  Historic Nye Beach

Drawing from the tradition of Victorian Architecture, The 
Bennington House is a worthy addition to Newport's Historic Nye 
Beach. The Bennington House vacation home builds upon many of the 
features that both the Applegate and Wakefield Houses incorporate.  
It completes the three home project of side-by-side Queen Anne 
Victorians this hsuband wife team have been working on these past 
four years. 
  The Bennington House, along with our other three homes, are 
located in Historic Nye Beach just across the street from the 
popular Performing Arts Center.  They are within one block of five 
miles of sandy beach  and feature lighthouse and ocean views.  A 
public beach entry is located across the street that allows for easy 
access. The visitor can walk along the beach one mile south to the 
North Jetty or four miles north to the light house.
  The community of Nye Beach is centrally located just over the hill 
from Newport's Historic Bayfront and was origionally settled in the 
early nineteen-hundreds, created as a getway location for valley 
settlers escaping the summer heat.  It is now celebrating a 
Renaissance as people from all over rediscover those same qualities 
that brought earlier tourists-Beautiful Sandy Beaches.

  All our homes are located within an easy walk of many  of the 
major motels and convention centers allowing you to stay in far more 
comfortable surroundings.
Sports Enthusiasts:
  With our homes as your base of operations you can enjoy surfing, 
windsurfing, seakayaking, bay kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, 
sailing,golfing, sport fishing(tuna,halibut,salmon,crab)and whale 
watching.

some of the finest vistas the Oregon Coast offers
  

Vacation Rental Rates

$190-285 per night 
$95 cleaning fee 
10.5% room tax

Off season Discounts availble.  All Rates dependent on size of 
group, length of stay and availability. Call for details.
 2 night minimum stay 3 night major holidays and festivals
Cancellation Policy:
 Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival are subject to 
forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is fully re-booked. 
all other cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
