MINIMUM STAY - 3 DAY

We accept credit cards, personal checks, money orders, travelers
checks, certified check. Advance payment equal to 50% of the total
charge and signed lease agreement are required on all reservation
to reserve the days. Balance & cleaning fee due in full at least 2
weeks prior to arrival date.

$400 Damage Deposit (refundable) and a one-time $150 cleaning fee.

FOR TENANTS WITH PETS
$600 Damage Deposit (refundable) and a one-time $300 cleaning &
sanitation fee.

Two separate payments (via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex,
personal or company check, money orders or cashier’s check (for Rent
and Damage/Security Deposit) must be enclosed with signed lease
agreement.

Security Deposit to be paid with signing of rental agreement;
security deposit will be returned (within 14 days) after check-out
upon completion of inspection of the property for damages and/or
missing inventory items.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case Tenant must cancel this agreement, all rents and deposit
will be returned to renter if Caretaker can re-rent this property
for the lease period or rent paid can be applied to future rental of
this property.

OTHER FEES
$750 Party Deposit (for pre-approved gatherings of more than 8
people; Party deposit will be returned (within 14 days) after check-
out upon completion of inspection of the property for damages and/or
missing inventory items.
