Vacation Rental Description

This place is immaculate and beautifully decorated.  The entire 
interior was completely remodeled in January of 2001 from the ground 
up.  It's located four houses from the ocean front and seven houses 
from the bayfront on Niantic Court and Mission Blvd.  It has two 
patios with ocean views from both. It is very spacious and quiet 
inside. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

55 inch high-definition television (HDTV), VCR, DVD, CD, digital 
cable, 1 covered patio with new furniture/1 very large uncovered 
patio with court entrance to ocean, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, jacuzzi 
tub in master bedroom, ocean views, 4 covered parking spots, 
fireplace, deluxe kitchen, all linens, towels, appliances, 
kitchenware included. 1700 Square feet. Three queen beds, one futon 
and a foldout double in the living room sectional.  Sleeps 6-8.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, Sunbathing, Boating, Biking, Surfing, Boogie Boarding, 
Shopping and many Restaurants within walking distance. Rentals all 
within walking distance for Bikes, Surfboards, Boogie Boards, 
Skateboards. Boat rentals; Row Boats, Canoes, Wave Runners, 
Sailboats and Power Boats within walking distance. Sea World-5 min,
