the waters edge, casting its spell upon you. Swim in the crystal cool
water, and then enjoy breakfast on the patio joined by the sound of
birds in the trees. It's quiet here and you will be able to absorb
that into your life. Everything is provided to make my house your
home. Just bring your own fresh linens and towels. Spacious 3-bedroom
1 and ½ bath house offers a tranquil setting for a summer vacation.
Complete kitchen plus washer/dryer and dishwasher, has all new
appliances. Living room, family room with queen size sofa bed,
deck & patio make this an ideal spot for a family summer getaway, and
the Soapstone Fireview Woodstove makes the house cozy and warm during
the off season.

friendly with swimming and fishing, But let's not neglect the adults.
~ Check out the new picture of the family room. ~ This newly renovated
room has a sports bar feel with cable TV and new dry bar. Have your
own Pub Night without going out to a pub. Sit at the bar in the
morning with the newspaper and a cup of coffee while the sun rises
over the pond. You can even have an intimate dinner for two at the
bar, and let the kids eat at the picnic table outside. There are board
games for both the adults and children, so there is always something
to do. ****

Activities and Attractions

Close to ocean beaches, golf, tennis, shopping and the Cape Cod Bike
Path. With views of the water from nearly every window, and just steps
away from a fresh water beach for swimming and fishing, or just relax
in the hammock with a great book and listen the fish jump. This is the
sanctuary at the edge of the world you have been looking for, and will
remain in memory long after your vacation has ended.

Location: Center of Cape Cod: The house is close to shopping, golf,
beaches and restaurants. It is off the last double lane section of
highway on route 6. Beyond exit 9, the road becomes a 2 lane highway.
Very handy in high traffic situations.
