recently remodeled Mediterranean style home is (adjacent to the historic 
Rosarito Beach Hotel) in a private gated/guarded community. Unobstructed 
beach views allow you to watch and listen to the waves break.  Dolphins 
are often seen playing in the surf in front of the house.  Watch the
sun set from your patio with the privacy of your own built-in fire pit.

Vacation Rental Rates

$175 - $250 per night or $1,150 - $1,550 (off peak rate or peak season
rates) per week. 

PEAK SEASON RATES (March 1st - September 30th, 2006)
$250 per night/$350 per Holiday night
$500 per weekend (2 nights)
$1,550 per week

OFF-PEAK SEASON RATES (Jan - Feb 28th, 2006)
$175 per night (slightly higher for Holidays)
$350 per weekend (2 nights)
$1,150 per week

Rates include up to 8 people - Additional guests pay $100 per 
person/night during Peak Season and $50 per person/night during Off
Peak Season

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:  Security Deposit of $200.  $75 cleaning fee
