Vacation Rental Description

This 1 1/2 year old golf course condo located across 
from the 8th green and the 9th tee.  It is ideally located in the 
community of Gator Trace Golf and Country Club, Ft. Pierce, FL.  

You are just a walk away from the Country Club, golf pro shop, 
restaurant and lounge, pool area.  You can relax and enjoy a game of 
shuffleboard and bocce ball.  The condo is an end unit, 2 bedroom/2 
bath and screened in porch with vaulted ceilings.  The golf course 
is 6136 yards (from the Blue Tees), par 70 golf course.  

The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a tray ceiling, 
walk in closet, double sink and extra large shower. The second 
bedroom features 2 twin beds large closet and private full 
bathroom with tub and shower.  

The kitchen is brand new with granite countertops, microwave, 
refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove and garbage 
disposal with valuted ceilings with extra high cabinets.  Enjoy your 
meals either in the breakfast area or the dining area overlooking 
the 8th green.  
  
Both bedrooms and living areas offer ceiling fans.  The living room 
and dining room overlook the 8th green and the 9th tee and green and 
a beautiful lake that you can even fish in if you like and unlimited 
open green space for complete privacy.  

There are 3 televisions, one in the living room which is a 32" flat 
screen, one in the master bedroom, which is a 20" flat screen and 
one in the second bedroom, which is a 20" flat screen.  The living 
room TV has a DVD/VHS player along with a CD player. The bedrooms 
are carpeted and the rest of the condo features upgraded 18" ceramic 
tiles for easy care.  Central air conditioning, washer and dryer are 
also included.  Dishes, cooking and baking utensils, pots, pans, 
silverware, linens, coffee maker, hand mixer, blender are also 
available for your use. Parking area is available for all condos as 
well.

Activities and Attractions

Gator Trace Golf and Country Club offers a beautiful restaurant with 
cocktail lounge and bar with a porch to relax on after a day of 
golf, site seeing and swimming.  It is situated in a quite and 
friendly neighborhood.

Gator Trace Golf and Country Club is located minutes from downtown 
Ft. Pierce overlooking the Indian River and Port St.Lucie, which is
host to the New York and St. Lucie Mets.  Downtown Ft. Pierce has a 
wonderful Friday Feast and a farmers market on Saturday mornings 
which is right along the ocean.

The beaches of Hutchinson Island and Jensen Beach are only 15 
minutes away. 

Enjoy golf, deep sea fishing, canoing, dining, shopping, jet skiing 
and sight seeing.

Vero Beach is just 30 minutes south of Ft. Pierce, 50 minutes North 
of famous Palm Beach, 1 1/2 to 2 hours North of Ft. Lauderdale and 
the of Miami, 2 hours South of Disney World and major Central Florida
attractions.
