Buckeye South in North Topsail Beach

This townhouse is in a small quiet community where the island is only 3 blocks wide. We are less
than two short blocks from the ocean. We have the best sunset view over the sound. You can fish and
crab from our pier next to our private pool. We have crabing nets and beach chairs and boogie
boards in our secured garage under our unit where you can keep you car. You can set on the large
deck that is furnished with tables and chairs. Inside was recently remodeled so everything is new.
We have two bedrooms with queen beds , 2 full baths, a queen size sleeper sofa in the L.R. Fully
equipted kitchen. The only thing you will need is your own sheets and towels and even those can be
rented if you choose.

Large gas grill, patio furniture, garage/with opener, Direct TV/DVD, stereo, main level washer/dryer
Microwave, DW,range, refrig/ice maker. Ceiling fans in all rooms.

There are many things to do in the area; dining,dancing, (5) golf courses, boating,kyacking.
Great fishing from the beaches, piers, a party boat, or go out on a charter boat. Shopping is all
within 5 miles away. OR Wilmington is just a short 3o minutes away where there is a airport, fine
dining and shopping or just tour the historic Port City on the Cape Fear river.
