villa situated on the sought after golfing community of Remington.   
With an extended south facing pool this villa offers luxury  
accommodation throughout making it a place you'll want to return to  
time after time.  The ground floor offers a king size bedroom with  
ensuite, an exceptionally spacious living and dining area plus a  
family room to the rear of the property where the fully equipped  
kitchen and breakfast area overlooks the pool.  The first floor  
offers a massive master king size bedroom & ensuite with walk-in  
closet & safe, 2 twin rooms (one with a quirky pyramid bed), another  
king size bedroom, and a queen size bedroom with ensuite.  There's a  
family bathroom on the first floor plus the laundry room is cleverly  
situated on the first floor making life that litle bit easier!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Somerset is located in Remington which is on the eastern end of the  
popular 192.  If golfing is not your first choice then "The Greens"  
at Somerset is also close to Disney and all other major  
attractions.  There is easy access to major routes such as the  
Florida Turnpike and Osceola Parkway giving you great travel options  
when planning your days out.  With major supermarkets and restaurant  
facilities only 2 minutes drive away, you have more or less  
everything on your doorstep.

Activities and Attractions

"The Greens" at Somerset is situated on the friendly Remington  
Golfing Community.  Whatever your handicap there is no doubt you  
will enjoy the beautifully kept 18 hole golf course with many  
fabulous water features.  The Club House offers some great deals  
which are well worth checking out.  A "Sister" course at Kissimmee  
Bay is also available. 
 
The community also offers guests the use of their soccer field,  
baseball, volleyball and basketball facilities, a fitness center and  
community pool. 
 
If it's a fishing holiday you're after then the beautiful bass  
filled West Lake Toho' is only approximately 3 miles away offering  
over 22,000 acres of great fishing waters.
