Biktoberfest $2,000/wk.-$2,500/wk 
January-April $2,500/mo.-$3,000/mo or $2,000-2,500/wk for special events: e.g. Bike 
Week/Race Week/Daytona500 
$215-$350 per Night (on single Bookings) depending on time of Year.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is Free up to 30 days before 
Arrival/Booking Date, during Special Events such as Bike Week, Race Week-Daytona 500, Pepsi 400 
Biketober Fest, Turkey Rod Run etc. 60 days.  
Deposit is due upon booking. Your reservation will not be confirmed until is secured with deposit. 
The deposit and Payment can be made by Money Order, Certified Check, Personal Checks or Credit Card. 

American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover are Accepted. Full Payment must be received 2 weeks 
prior to arrival. The Deposit will be Refunded after Property inspection on Departure Day - Cash & 
Checks back will be refunded as such, Credit Card Payments/Holds will be credited back on to the 
same Card.  
 
 House sleeps Max. 5 people. Two Large Bedrooms sleep Two each and one small Bedroom/ Office Sleeps 
one (Pull out Single Bed). NO HOUSE Guest exceeding Max. Occupancy allowed during any time of the 
stay. Number of occupants and visitors must be established at time of booking and revised no later 
than one week prior to check in!
