SeaSpree is an unspoiled classic Maine beachhouse located at  
Higgins Beach in Scarborough.  The beautiful silver-sanded beach is  
within sight from our large sunporch(seating and breakfast/game  
table).  The four bedrooms sleep eight comfortably, 1 1/2 baths, and  
kitchen set up for large, family meals.  Livingroom has cable TV and  
Roadrunner access.  SeaSpree has been updated to maintain its  
traditional cottage style with lots of beadboard and nostalgic  
charm.  
Extra outside warmed shower and gas grill make coming home from the  
beach a breeze.
