Bear Lake Three Pines Cottage in Bear Lake

Make this your "Up North" vacation destination!! Whether it is
relaxing on site right out the front door, swimming, fishing,
skiing,sunning or soaking, or taking advantage of the many golf
courses in the area, this is the spot to be! We are 40 minutes
southwest from Traverse City which is Michigan wine country, Little
River Casino is 15 minutes south in Manistee. World reknowned
Arcadia Bluffs is 15 miles away or your choice of select local golf
are minutes away. Enjoy a trip to Interlochen and take in a
concert or visit the historic Frankfort area, including Sleeping
Bear Dunes. Hiking, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding are all
available for those who need a little adventure. Our sandy
beach offers great swimming for both the young and old!

Three Pines cottage offers all the comforts of home including an
overequipped kitchen complete with side by side refrigerater with
ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker and a Weber gas grill
on the deck. Washer and dryer. The swing at the end of our dock is
perfect for enjoying morning coffee or counting constellations. Our
lakeside firepit is the place to perfect your marshmallow roasting
skills! The master bedroom offers a king size bed with cable tv.
The second bedroom offers up 2 sets of bunk beds with one having a
double bed on the bottom. Our living room features a futon which
also makes into a double bed as well. We offer cable tv, stereo,
vcr/dvd player. All linens and towels are provided.

In addition to the fabulous sandy swimming beach, and an all sports
lake, Bear Lake has the following attractions that are a short drive
away:
-some of Lake Michigan's most beautiful beaches and lighthouses
-wine tasting on the Leelanau pennisula is a "must do" for any wine
lovers!
-many local golf courses, including the world reknowned Arcadia
Bluffs
-Horseback riding/sleigh rides/hay rides
-Crystal Mountain offers many summer & winter activities
-the Betsie, Platte and Manistee rivers offer excellent
opportunities
for canoeing, kayaking, tubing
-Little River Casino is 15 minutes south in Manistee
-many trails for biking, hiking
-Sleeping Bear Dunes, Frankfort, Onekema are a short drive away

Summer rates Memorial Day through Labor day, non holiday weeks, $1400.00 per week.
Weeks that include a holiday $1600.00 per week.
Rental is from Saturday Check in @ 3:00 PM to the following Saturday
Check out @ 10:00 AM. All reservations require a $500.00 non-
refundable deposit to secure reservation. Deposit goes against
total rental fee. Security deposit of $500.00 also required at time
of check in, which will be returned if there is no damage and
cottage is clean.
 

Pets need to be pre-approved and require an additional $200 per week fee.
