Casa Buena Vista has an attached apartment that is occupied, but vacationers have complete privacy.

Six or twelve month lease $1,600/month

Add a Refundable Damage deposit of $600.

Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments accepted. First month, last month and damage deposit due at time of reservation.

Confirmed reservations are binding. Refund will be issued if we are able to rebook, less 10% administration fee.

No indoor smoking and no pets.
