rentals and many other ameneties nearby including Aventura and 
Sawgrass Malls and Hard Rock Cafe and Casino.

Apartment has been totally renovated with brand new bath, Queen size 
bed with a full size murphys bed. Also, it has the follwng:

* Monthly, holiday and special events rates available upon request. 

* Security Deposit of $300 for the reservation will be required. 
Returned checks will automatically cancel the reservation.

* Cancellations received with less than 30 days prior to arrival date
will automatically loose the deposit fee.

* Weekly, monthly and long term rentals available.

* Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed and
executed. Manner of payment accepted: Cash or Checks - Returned 
checks will have a $25.00 fee.
