Vacation Rental Description

The Grand Mayan Resort in Nuevo Vallarta is a 5 Star Gold Crown 
resort with exclusive luxurious ameneties for members and guests 
only. 
This is a fully serviced resort with qualified staff and 24 hour 
security and taxi service. We provide free airport pickup. 

This resort sits on a lush green gardens with miles of clean sandy 
beach to play, relax or swim in the ocean. It is 20 minutes from the 
Airport, and 30 minutes from downtown. You could vacation at any of 
the Grand Mayan locations: Acapulco, Cancun, Nuevo Vallarta, Los 
Cabos Puerto Penasco, or Mazatlan. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is an on-site championship golf course at all Grand Mayan 
Resorts designed by Jim Lupe or Jack Nicklaus with 20% discount on 
green fees. The fees include a cart and your personal caddy. Take 
your clubs or rent them on-site. Local on-site grocery store for 
those who love to cook or pick up items you forgot to take. Enjoy 
one of the 4 restaurants on-site with buffet or sit down meals. Room 
service is available 24 hours a day. Exclusive Spa, massage and 
beauty parlor with fully equipped gym for your use. 24 hour medical 
staff. Daily housekeeping, laundry and babysitter service 
available.  

The resort features one of the largest swimming pools in Latin 
America, with Lazy Pool, Wave Pool, Children's pool,excellent spa 
facilities, restaurants, on-site train and boat rides, kayaking, 
Jade boutique store, night club, game rooms with pool tables & bars, 
nightly live entertainment, internet service, and beautifully 
desinged lobby and common areas with exclusive furniture with 
elegant decorations.

Activities and Attractions

Relax on a tube in the 1 mile long lazy pool with waves. Take a 
leisurely evening walk along the lighted walkways or beach. Enjoy 
live music in all of the lobby bars, or dance at the on-site Cobalto 
Night Club. Lounge by the pool to read or just enjoy the music, and 
sounds of nature. Participate in daily activities for all ages. Book 
your favorite tour at the lobby travel agency, utilize the money 
exchange, and 24 hour conceirge service.  

Relax in one the pools with swim up bars, and enjoy your favorite 
drink or snack. Take a ride on a train or boat to view and 
appreciate the beauty of all the lush gardens of Mayan Palace. 
Kayaks are also available for your use through miles of waterways on 
resort property.

Sleeps up to 4: 2 adults, 2 children under 12:      $700.00 per week

The Grand Suite with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, dining area, 
hot tub, private pool on the view balcony, 2 TV and full kitchen.
Sleeps up to 6:                                     $1,000 per week

Grand Master Suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room, full 
kitchen, dining area, hot tub, zacuzzi, 3 TV, private wading pool on 
the balcony, 3 view balconies with lazy chairs. 
Sleeps 8 to 10:                                  $1,400.00 per week
