HS Grads...Reserve Now! in Ocean City

HS GRADS... Please read my policies before you inquire.  You can reserve your beach week now while there are vacancies.  I will rent to Grads with a parent signing rental agreement assuming full responsibility. $250.00 security deposit required to hold your week.  I rent to Grads with the following policy.  I do not allow underage consumption of alcohol on the premises...I do not allow parties or gatherings.  This is a non smoking unit. This unit accommodates 4 max..Please review the Calendar first for availability before inquiring.  The rates are posted.  Inquire via e mail with any other questions or ready to reserve.  There are no exceptions to my HS Grad policies.

1. Ocean Blockck Condo. Very attractive, newly furnished condo with full
   kitchen and everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the famous
   family resort of Ocean City, Maryland. This mid town location is
   near shopping, famous restaurants, boardwalk, amusement parks,
   miniature golfing and most important...only steps to the beach. Renter must be the person on the premises.

check in time is after 3:00 P.M. and check out is 10:00 A.M.

Newly furnished, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer, 2
color TV's, VCR, DVD player. Queen bed in bedroom with new mattress
and queen sleeper/sofa in living room. Sleeps 4 comfortably. All
kitchen utensils, beach chairs, umbrella. No highway crossovers to
worry about. Convenient for lunch and bathroom breaks. You only
supply the sunblock and your linens.

Shopping, miniature golf, famous restaurants, night clubs, boating,
surfing, parasailing, sking, amusements parks, water park, boardwalk
attractions,fishing, relaxing on the beach, golfing, close to
Assateaque Island and see the famous wild ponies.

June 2012 Rates.....$1275.00 week, 10 1/2% taxes, $60.00 cleaning fee.  Security deposit required.  Refund security deposit after check out, return keys and condo left as found. 

July - Oct rates...975.00
