Vacation Rental Description

Ocean Block Condo.  Very attractive, newly furnished condo with full  
kitchen and everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the famous  
family resort of Ocean City, Maryland.  This mid town location is  
near shopping, famous restaurants, boardwalk, amusement parks,  
miniature golfing and most important...only steps to the beach.  Renter must be the person on  
premises.   
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.   
Check in time is after 3:00 P.M. and check out is 10:00 A.M.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Newly furnished, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer, 2  
color TV's, VCR, DVD player.  Queen bed in bedroom with new mattress  
and queen sleeper/sofa in living room.  Sleeps 4 comfortably.  All  
kitchen utensils, beach chairs, umbrella.  No highway crossovers to  
worry about.  Convenient for lunch and bathroom breaks.  You only  
supply the sunblock and your linens.

Activities and Attractions

Shopping, miniature golf, famous restaurants, night clubs, boating,  
surfing, parasailing, sking, amusements parks, water park, boardwalk  
attractions,fishing, relaxing on the beach, golfing, close to  
Assateaque Island and see the famous wild ponies.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan -March     $600.00 
May               $800.00/week  
June              $1000.00/week (GRADUATES WELCOME IF PARENT SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ASSUMES ALL  
RESPONSIBILITY).  A $ 500.00 SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND REFUNDED AFTER VACATING  
AND CONDO LEFT IN AS FOUND CONDITION. ADD $65.00 CLEANING.  ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGES MAY  
APPLY IF NEEDED. 
July-August       $850.00/week   
Sept              $700.00/week 
Oct-Dec           $600.00/week  
 
BIKE WEEKEND AVAILABLE 9/11-9/14 - $450.00 INCLUDES ALL FEES  
 
NOW ACCEPTING FALL MINI WEEKS (min 3 nights)  
 
***$250.00 security/reservation deposit is required. Refunded after checking out, returning keys and  
condo left in good condition. 
Full rent is due 30 days prior to stay.  We accept  
Visa and Master Card.  Additional cleaning charges will apply if  
condo not left in satisfactory condition.
