Close to beach with a 5 minute walk.  Mini golf, amusements, short driving distance to Assateaque Island to see the wild ponies, all activities such as parasailing, boating, fishing, sking, amusement parks, boardwalk, parks, outlet shopping, fine dining, seafood, nightclubs, watch dolphins.

I will rent to HS Grads providing parents sign rental agreement assuming full responsibility.  I do not allow parties, gatherings, underage drinking, no smoking unit.  Violators can be evicted if notified of violations by Condo Association. 

Rates are as follows:  Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day:  Weekly rentals only.  Prior to Memorial Day, 3 night stays accepted. June rates $1200.00 plus taxes and cleaning.

$895 - $1000 per week.  Taxes and cleaning fee are in addition.  Saturday check in 3:00 and following Saturday check out 10:00.

Payments due as follows:  Security deposit due to Reserve your week.

Security deposits range from $100-250.00 depending on #occupants.  Due to reserve week and 1/2 of rent due 60 days prior and balance is due no later than 30 days before your week.

Visa and Master Card accepted.  Security Deposit is refunded after check out, return keys and condo is left as found.

This is a non smoking condo and therefore no smoking in the condo or on the deck common area.  No Pets allowed.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday with check in at 3:00 P.M. and check out is 10:00 A.M.
