No highway crossovers to worry about. Convenient for lunch and
bathroom breaks.
Only 1/2 block to beach. Reserve now for your summer fun at the
famous family resort of Ocean City. Newly furnished. There is a
large private balcony off the bedroom and living room for morning
coffee and enjoy the ocean air. The master bedroom features a king
size bed. There is a full private bath off the master bedroom.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The living
room has a queen sofa/sleeper. There are 2 color TV's, a DVD
player, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer,
covered parking, No smoking and No pets please. We supply beach
chairs, umbrella etc. All you need is your sunblock and linens.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Central Air, Cable TV, CD player, dvd player, all kitchen utensils,
washer dryer, dishwasher. All new furniture and carpeting.

Add 9% taxes ** AND $65.00 cleaning fee. Off season rates - call for
weekly or daily rates.
Minimum 3 nights
stay. A $250.00 security/reservation deposit required when
booking. Full rent is due 30 days prior to stay.
