The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The living
room has a queen sofa/sleeper. There are 2 color TV's, a DVD
player, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer,
covered parking, No smoking and No pets please. We supply beach
chairs, umbrella etc. All you need is your sunblock and linens.

May 30 Sept 5th - $ 1400.00/wk - Plus taxes and $80.00 cleaning fee.  $250.00 security deposit required and is refunded after check out, return keys and condo is left in as found condition.

Senior Week $1500/wk -  Plus taxes and $65.00 cleaning.  Senior wk security Deposit $350.00 - Refundable if condo left in as found condition. Parent must sign agreement and assume full responsibility.

Sept 12 - Oct 28 - $900.00/week ****rates discounted****
Add taxes ** AND $65.00 cleaning fee. Off season rates - call for
weekly or daily rates.
