The beach is wonderfully quiet and the townhome has the most wonderful panoramic view of the ocean and beach. There are two chairs in an atrium section of the living area in each unit, which give an unobstructed view of the beach/ocean. You go out the slider, onto the porch, down steps and you are on the beach. The townhome has central heat/air, laundry facilities, two flat screen TV’s with satellite, a DVD, WiFi and an enclosed garage with additional parking for a couple of vehicles. Each kitchen is fully equipped with stove w/microwave, icemaker in refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, Corelle dishes, flatware, standard pot & pan set, glassware, ovenware and misc. kitchen tools.
It has many upgrades (granite surfaces throughout, beautiful crown molding, hardwood floors, travertine baths, two car spacious enclosed garages, two bedrooms on the ocean side with balconies (third bedroom on west side) - everything is new, etc. Bedroom configuration is as follows: master has king bed and, second bedroom also has a king bed, and third bedroom as two twin beds.
