This one bedroom condo is newly renovated. Located in beautiful old 
Englewood, right on Lemon Bay with a view of Manasota Key and 
sunsets from the dock. Beautifully landscaped, you can enjoy fishing 
from the dock, swimming in the pool or relaxing on the deck or under 
a tiki hut with your favorite cocktail enjoying the refreshing 
breeze that comes off the bay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit has a full kitchen with everything you might need for 
cooking and entertaining. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, the 
livingroom includes sofa with a queen-pullout sleepon, linens and 
towels included. Living areaalso includes a large closed-in lanai 
with dining table and chairs. There's air conditioning, cable T.V., 
stereo, 2 bicycles, a washer and a dryer.

Activities and Attractions

Close to 3 beautiful beaches on Manasota Key where you can swim, 
walk, and look for sharks teeth. There are many fishing charters and 
boat rentals in the area as well as restaurants and golf. It's 90 
miles South of Tampa and 60 miles North of Fort Myers.

Vacation Rental Rates

January through April - $600/wk or $2400/mo.
May through December - $400/wk or $1200/mo.
For less than one week, please call for availability and rates.
There is a 50% reservation deposit, $200 security deposit, and 
cleaning fee of $60 (taken from security deposit).
