New Colonial Cottage on over 1/2 acre with 126 feet of private waterfront with large white cedar dock. Sandy shoreline with easy entry for children. Sandy bottom to half way to end of dock. 6 feet deep at end of dock. Full sun on shore/dock from sunrise to 3:30 pm. Property is a small pininsula with 2 mile views to end of upper range. Take boat under bridge to middle range and ice cream or Lobster at well rated restaurant. Beautiful Upper Range Pond doesn't allow jet skis. Clean and quiet, Upper Range is a gem! Listen to the loons sing and relax in Maine.
