This is not your average lakehouse rental! The entire home has been
renovated and is in immaculate condition - as you can see from our
photos. Everything in the home is new. In order to preserve our home
and to provide a premium vacation experience for all of our guests,
we adhere to a strict no pets allowed policy.

This 3BR home can comfortably sleep 10 (3 queen beds and a queen
pull out couch, 1 double bed) and has parking for 5+ cars. The
entire lot is perfectly level with the lake and has a shale beach in
front and a huge yard in the back.

Situated on Cottonwood Point, the lake views are truly stunning.
There is no better lot on the entire lake. With 60 feet of lake
front you will not feel too close to the neighbors.

activities and attractions in Conesus Lake Finger Lakes

Conesus lake itself provides limetless options for fun in and around
the water including swimming, canoeing, water skiing, boating, and
fishing. The lake is stocked with Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth
Bass, Northern Pike, Pickerel, Tiger Musky, Walleye, Carp and pan
fish.

In addition to lakeside activities, close by activities include
hiking in nearby Letchworth and Stoney Brook State Parks, horse-
backing riding, and many wine tours to sample the famous wines of
the finger lake region.

The city of Rochester is a 30 minute drive away. Niagara
Falls is about 2 hours from the house.

Weekly rentals only from Memoral Day-Labor Day. Check-in is 3:00PM
Saturday and check-out is 10:00AM the following Saturday. A deposit
of 1/3 is due at the time of reservation and full payment is
required 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required 30 days prior to
your arrival. This will be returned after your departure if there is
no damage.

The house will be perfectly clean when you arrive. Cleaning charges
will be applied if you do not leave it in the same condition.
Basic cleaning supplies will be provided at no charge.
