Vacation Rental Description

This is a new, ground floor, luxury condominium.  Two master bedrooms and baths.  Central air and all  
amenities  
are included. The condo is finished in teak, granite and stone.  The kitchen is fully equipped with  
all new  
appliances. 
 
We are located in Playa Langosta, the nicest area in Tamarindo.  There are stores and restaurants  
within a few  
minutes walk. The downtown area is about a 10 minute stroll.  The condo is located on a large circle  
so there is  
no through traffic. 
 
Our beach is a short one minute walk away.  It ranges from tide pools to big surf.  About a five  
minute walk  
down the beach is an estuary.  During the season, this is a turtle nesting area.  Walking the  
opposite way for  
ten minutes brings you to Tamarindo Bay with gentle waves views to the north. 
 
Our Patio opens to the garden area with the 100 foot long pool. The pool level patios are intimate  
and private. 
The fourth floor deck has unrestricted views of the ocean, Tamarindo and the surrounding hills.   
Playa Langosta, part of Tamarindo, is quiet, but close to the central area for easy access to the  
local night life. 
There are dozens of fine restaurants in the area  and many local venues for dining  as well. For the  
night life  
you'll find many live music and dancing bars.  There's also two small casinos in town. 
 
There is no lack of stores for convience in Tamarindo.  They range from the "super minis" around town  
to full  
size grocery stores just out of town.
