My unit is located in the closest building to the Pool, Clubhouse,  
Restaurant & Bar, Spa & Fitness Center!  In this  
huge resort complex, the last thing you need when you are on  
vacation is a long walk to the clubhouse/pool on hot  
asphalt! There is a beautiful view of the 2 acre pool complex from  
the upstairs master suite window! (see pics below)

    Jan-Dec 2008 = $95 per night*/ $550 per week* (7 days 6 nights) 
 
                        *Holiday Rates* 
            *Easter/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years* 
            $125 per night*/ $690 per week* (7 days 6 nights) 
 
If unit is available, we offer a 15% discount for last minute  
bookings...i.e, if you check in within 10 DAYS of your first email or  
call. Payment in full will be required at confirmation. 
 
*Rates are subject to 12% Sales Tax 
 
50% Deposit Due at confirmation of booking 
Full Payment is required 30 days prior to check-in. 
 
For stays of 3 nights or less there is an $85 cleaning fee. 
 
Payment Options: 
We accept Checks or Money Orders for all bookings and deposits. 
Paypal payments are also available-please contact me for details. 
We also accept all major credit cards!!!

$100 Refundable Security Deposit

Cancellation Policy: 
All refunds are subject to a 10% charge. 
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of  
check-in. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds for
