On upstairs level is a full deck spanning both the master bedroom and  
family room/entertainment center and beautiful built-in fireplace.  
Just outside on downstairs level is a private brand new hot tub. The  
house is minutes to swimming, golf, cycling, and all types of outdoor  
recreation and Mt. Bachelor for summer and winter sports. Located on  
private cul-de-sac it also has bikes, gas barbecue grill, ping pong  
table and lovely aspens and green lawn in front and back.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season – June 15 to September 15: $1,200/week or $220/night 
--minimum 2 nights and weekly reservations are Fri. to Thurs. or Mon. 
to Sunday 
 
Low Season – September 16 to December 14 and April 16 through June  
14: Regular low season rate: $1,100/week or $190/night. FOR FALL SEASON CHECK ON SPECIAL 3 FOR 2 
DEAL! 
 
Ski Season (December 15 through April 15): $1,200/week or $195/night. Special deals available for  
mid-week stays.  
 
Thanksgiving 2008 – 4 night minimum: $900 
 
Oregon Spring Break 2008 – 6 night minimum: $1,200 
	 
-Confirmed reservations require 50% deposit with balance due 30 days  
prior to arrival. A $100 cleaning fee. Oregon State &  
County tax of 8% applied and collected with balance due.	 
 
-Renters must be 25 years of age or older.	 
 
-Swimming and tennis passes are available for renters whose minimum  
stay is one week. 	 
NO SMOKING and NO PETS	 
 
* 2 night stays must include weekend with arrivals only on Friday  
p.m. or Saturday and departures no later than Monday a.m.
