Casa Mayita is located only steps from Mamitas Beach, the trendiest beach in Playa del Carmen. There are two fabulous beach clubs that you can enjoy.Lounge on their beach chairs  and have a pina colada,lunch or some snacks.The location of Casa Mayita cannot be beaten as it overlooks the Caribbean Sea yet is only one block to the fabulous restaurants,unique shops and the energy of Fifth Avenue. You will enjoy waking up to
magnificent sunrises, have breakfast watching the cruise ships and
yatchs pass by, or simply relax with a drink in the evening as you watch the stars over the sea and(when there is moonlight) the moon shine into the condo.
The large master bedroom comes with full en suite bathroom and king-
size bed, while the spacious second bedroom has two twin size beds
(which can be joined together as
a king), plenty of closet space and an adjoining, 3 piece, second
bathroom. The kitchen
is fully equipped with gas range, oven, refrigerator, microwave,
coffee maker, toaster,blender and everything you need.There is central air
conditioning throughout with
remote controls for you to easily regulate for your comfort, also
great ceiling fans in every room.
Local Mexican art adorns the walls of the open concept living room
and compliments this luxurious and comfortable living space.
Just bring yourselves and of course, a few items of clothing.
We have monthly rates for long term rentals,please feel welcomed to
ask for them. Swimming pool is accessable to you right there
at Mamitas beach but the calm, transparent,turquoise blues of the Caribean sea is like your own large pool. Both adults and children love it when you can see the sand beneath your toes.
