Master bedroom has King Bed and balcony deck, high ceilings,
spacious bath satelite supplied television , 2nd bedroom has queen
bed with mountain and ocean views, loft/den has queen bed with ocean

We now take ALL CREDIT CARDS for payment!  High Season is from May 15th to September 15th and also includes
major holidays period..Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.. $250 per day..Low season is
from September 16th to May 14th and rates are $175 from Sunday through Thursday..Friday & Saturday nites are $200 a day except
major holidays..minimum is 2 nights stay...book a
week, either season rate, and pay for 6 days..one day free...i.e. high season $1500 and low $1100..two
day minimum. Cleaning fee of $125 added
to all rentals ...no additional fees or taxes...YOU CAN
