Vacation Rental Description

Truly stunning coastline views from every room in the house that 
will accomodate up to 9 people with ease.  Look down on Proposal 
Rock and up the coastline to Haystack Rock and Pacific City!  Has 
two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor, plus a sleeping loft.  
Downstairs bedroom has 3 extra long single beds, patio, laundry 
area, plus seperate "garden room" with two single futons, television 
with vhs/dvd.  NOW HAS A TWO PERSON SAUNA WITH CD PLAYER..IN GARDEN ROOM.
Master bedroom has King Bed and balcony deck, high ceilings, 
spacious bath satelite supplied television , 2nd bedroom has queen 
bed with mountain and ocean views, loft/den has queen bed with ocean 
views..

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completely redecorated by professional decorator Kalaima Ishaya 
at "Devine Designs" of Salishan..rich Italian chocolate brown 
Natuzzi leather throughout, large stone gas burning fireplace in LR,
high definition LCD televison in LR, wireless internet connection 
with computer, printer, 3 other televisions throughout.  Breakfast 
nook with views, fully equipped kitchen including blender,"Starbucks 
Barista espresso, and everything you will need to create special 
meals to remember. Two exercise machines, a  bike and programable 
incline machine.  Private parking for up to 4 cars..however steep 
driveway is not suitable for RV or travel trailers..SAUNA ADDED..TWO
PERSON SAUNA WITH CD MUSIC PLAYER ADDED IN GARDEN ROOM..

Activities and Attractions

A real hideaway property..in the "Hawk Creek Hills" above Hwy 101..3 
minute drive to the beach or easy walk downhill..play golf at either 
community golf course, walk on the beach, explore the wonderful 
surrounding areas of the community..10 easy miles to Lincoln City

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season is from May 15th to September 15th and also includes 
major holidays period..Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, 
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.. $250 per day..Low season is 
from September 16th to May 14th and rates are $200 a day except 
major holidays..3 day minimum for major holidays required..book a 
week and pay for 6 days..i.e. high season $1500 and low $1200..two 
day minimum except for major holidays.  Cleaning fee of $125 added 
to all rentals..no additional fees or taxes..sorry, no pets.YOU CAN
