High Season is from May 15th to September 15th and also includes
major holidays period..Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.. $250 per day..Low season is
from September 16th to May 14th and rates are $200 a day except
major holidays..minimum is 2 nights stay...book a
week and pay for 6 days..one day free...i.e. high season $1500 and low $1200..two
day minimum. Cleaning fee of $125 added
to all rentals .Cleaning fee is Included with rentals for a week or longer..no additional fees or taxes...YOU CAN
