Chain of Lakes. All new in 2006, furniture, appliance, bedding, 
flooring plus new paint. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets from this west 
facing lakefront unit in Winterset on Lake Winterset.  Large lakefront 
clubhouse with Heated Pool,Hot Tub and Tennis Courts.1/2 mile to Cypress Gardens, 3 miles to 
Cleveland Indians Spring Training site & Bok Tower. Close to Disney 
World, Sea World, Busch Gardens and the Gulf Beaches.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit is Lakefront with screened porch lakeside & soaring ceilings. 
Full kitchen with new stove, refigerator and dishwasher. Dining 
area, great room with tv and sliding doors to porch. Master bedroom 
with bath with shower, tv, sliding glass doors to screen porch. 
Guest bedroom, full bath on hallway and washer & dryer. Unit had new 
carpet, wood flooring & paint 2006. All linens, towels, dishes, pots 
and pans etc. provided, plus water, power and garbage pickup. 
Full time Security Guards at front gate. The Magnificent sunsets 
from the screend porch are just a plus!

Activities and Attractions

Large Heated Pool, Hot Tub and Tennis Courts at the spacious Clubhouse.

On Lake Winterset, one of the 10 plus lakes on the Chain Of Lakes.

Just down the street from Cypress Gardens Adventure Park and 3 miles to Chain of 
Lakes Park, Spring Training home of the Cleveland Indians.

Bok Tower, Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens
and the Gulf Beaches close by.

Vacation Rental Rates

May thru September - $1,475.00 per month ***
October thru December - $2,100.00 per month ***
January thru April - 2,350.00 per month ***

***SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT- 55 years of age and older TAKE 10% OFF the
monthly rate, maxinum number of people allowed is 4. 

***COUPLES DISCOUNT, take an EXTRA 5% OFF, if only 2 people 
will be staying in the unit.

*** Stay two months or more take an extra 5% off

IF you Qualify, ALL DISCOUNTS may be used!

MINIMUM RENTAL is 4 weeks-any 4 weeks consitutes a month.


SECURITY DEPOSIT - $500.00 deposit, refundable after unit has been 
inspected for damage.

RENTAL DEPOSIT- Half of rental at time of booking-Balance due 4 
weeks prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY :Rental deposit is 
refundable 6 months prior to arrival date, less a $75.00 
cancellation fee. If you should cancel during the period 6 month 
prior to arrival we will refund rental deposit, less fee ONLY IF we 
are able to rent the unit for the month or months that were reserved!
