restaurant and marina…all yours to enjoy. Other amenities include: a 
fully-equipped health and fitness club with state-of-the-art 
cardiovascular and weight training equipment, spa, steam room and 
sauna; 6 lighted tennis courts; indoor/outdoor pools; and a 
community clubhouse you can reserve for social events. In short,

Vacation Rental Amenities

It features an amazing 2000 sq ft floor plan where all 3 bedrooms 
are privately separated and each one has its own private bathroom. 
The large master suite includes king size bed, walk-in closet, 
corian vanity, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. Both guest rooms 
have queen size beds, private bath, walk in closet. You will enjoy 
cable TV, DVD, ceiling fans, security system, humidity control, 
Internet hookups and separate laundry room with full size washer, 
dryer, laundry sink and ample cabinets and storage. Kitchen includes 
all appliances, cookware, dishes, silverware, spices, Wine/Margarita 
glasses and, of course, the all-important blender! You are steps 
from private covered parking and storage area. The community offers 
private yacht club, ships store, restaurant, outstanding landscaping 
and complete security. The Atlantic Ocean is just steps away and you 
can charter a fishing boat at the nearby Inlet Harbour Marina or 
fish from your choice of two docks, one in the Halifax River or at 
the jettys in Ponce Inlet.

The rates exclude special events including but not limited to - Bike 
Week, Daytona 400, Easter, Daytona 500, Biketoberfest, Thanksgiving, 
Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Reservations, Cancellation and Return Policy
Rates in US Funds
Seasonal Rentals require a $400 security deposit at time of booking
6 month or longer Rentals require 1 months rent security deposit at 
time of booking
Your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administrative fee if 
written notice of cancellation is received sixty (60) days prior to 
arrival date
No refund if less than 60 days notice prior to arrival is given or 
for early departures
100% rental fee due at or within 60 days of reservation  

Does not include a 12.5% state and county resort tax
Standard cleaning fee of $88.00 is not included
