Just a few units from the ocean with great views of the beach and
ocean from the covered balcony off the living room and master
bedroom. Second balcony overlooks the pool and ocean from the second
and third bedrooms. Third balcony is "Winter Balcony" facing west
and protected from the wind in the cooler months. Second floor unit
with underground parking.
One king bed in third bedroom. Extra long twins in second. Two
queens in master. Twins can be king if needed. All bedrooms have
baths. Great for golf group's.

Owner's have small children, so can be equipped with baby bed
if needed. Country Club temporary membership may be available
for a fee. The condo has a beautiful pool and walk-over to the
ocean. Of Course, condo is equipped with T.V.'s wirelesss internet washer, dryer,
linens, , gas grill, and everything you need in the
kitchen except food.

Ocean, Pool, tennis, golf (in area) 20 minutes to St. Augustine and
Jacksonville, great restaurant's. Owner's wil try to accommodate
your individual needs.
