desirable ocean front resort called Ocean Lakes. This 1600 square foot two story house has everything you need to make your vacation an enjoyable one. From the moment you drive up to this house, you will see the quality and craftsmanship inside and out.

Watch out for others who say "Short walk to the beach". We are 200 yards to the beach- easily walkable. You do not need to rent a golf cart for house-to beach travel.

Vacation side by side- we have completed a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home
next to this one (Same builder, on its own lot), with all of the ammenities and craftsmanship that this house has. This new home has large upper (10x40) and lower (20x40) decking. The upstairs deck is accessible by 2 bedrooms. Very easy pull in/pull out, with ample room for 4 cars. This house has the exact same layout on the inside as the one pictured. This house sleeps 13.***

We are on an oversized corner lot with ample parking for up to 4
vehicles. No hassles pulling in and out of this property!

Bedroom #1- Private Master Bedroom Suite with queen size bed, jetted
jacuzzi tub, separate stall shower, Granite countertops.

The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking and serving
meals including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, coffee
grinder, large griddle and Corian countertops.

There is a full sized laundry room on the first floor with a washer/dryer.

An oversized deck wraps around three sides of the house and has a
large outdoor table with chairs, ceiling fans and a large picnic
table. Outside we have a shower with hot/cold water and a charcoal
grill.

This is a house that you will love to call 'home' while you vacation!
Maximum amount of people allowed- 14.

A $3.00/car/day fee is collected from Ocean Lakes.
We offer Express Check-In free of charge.
You may rent a golf cart from Ocean Lakes or bring your own.

You need only bring sheets, towels and paper products.

Ocean Lakes has everything you could ask for in a family vacation. It
has one mile of private beach front ocean access and is a gated
community/resort with all the amenities you will need for a great
stay. The recreation area has an Olympic-sized pool, an indoor heated
pool, a kiddie water play area with fountains and mounted squirt
guns. There are 2 playgrounds, and 2 snack shops that serves snacks
and ice cream all day.

Have young children and need a break from them while on vacation?
Enroll them in Kamp Starfish, a 1/2 day camp program which the kids
will love. Planned activities at camp await them! Next to the pool is
a huge recreation building where you will find scheduled activities
for young and old alike (Bingo, ceramics, arts&crafts, also free
miniature golf and horseshoe tournaments).
Here you can also get great discount coupons for golf and many of the
local attractions. In this area also is the new arcade with over 80
games. There is a brand new grocery store and gift shop for your
everyday needs. Sit at the outdoor WiFi Cafe and enjoy breakfast,
lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. Also you will find
basketball, volleyball, shuffle board and ping-pong. Drive around the
grounds on a rented golf cart or enjoy renting a bike right from
Ocean Lakes. Once here, you do not need to leave for anything!!
