Vacation Rental Description

This new five bedroom house is privately owned and located in the desirable Holiday Inn Section of  
Ocean Lakes, on Sand Dollar Drive, Site #1173. This 1600 square foot two story house on stilts has  
everything you need to make your vacation an enjoyable one. From the moment you enter this house,  
you will see the extra care that is given to it. It is spotless.  
 
Watch out for others who say "Short walk to the beach". We are 200 yards from the beach in the ocean  
front section called 'Holiday Inn'. If they are not in the Holiday Inn section, they are not a short  
walk to the beach. You do not need to rent a golf cart for house-to beach travel.

 Vactaion side by side- we have completed a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath (sleeps 13) home directly behind  
this one (Same builder, on its own lot), with all of the ammenities and craftsmanship that this  
house has. This new home has large upper (10x40) and lower (20x40) decking. The upstairs deck is  
accessible by 2 bedrooms. Very easy pull in/pull out, with ample room for 4 cars. Email for pictures. 
 
**Both houses were completely booked by March for rental season. If you have checked the calendar  
and the week you want is booked, it means both houses are booked already. 
 
We are on an oversized corner lot with ample parking for up to 4 vehicles.  
No hassles pulling in and out of this property! 
 
Come in and enjoy the private master bedroom. The master bath has a jetted jacuzzi tub for relaxing  
after a day at the beach and also a separate stall shower. This bedroom has a queen size bed. Three  
bedrooms have queen size beds and the fifth bedroom is a modern open bedroom which has two full size  
beds and a TV/DVD player. This is a room that the kids love to hang out in and watch tv or play  
games. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the Great Room, hard wood floors and a TV/DVD/VCR. Bring  
along your lap top, as we are wireless.  
 
New for 2008: LCD flatscreen tv/dvd in master bedroom. 
The upstairs bay window bath has a jetted jacuzzi tub with a separate stall shower. 3 1/2 baths  
throughout the house. All baths have granite countertops. Enjoy the convience of a full size laundry  
room off the great room. Central air throughout with ceiling fans in every room. 
 
The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking and serving meals including a dishwasher,  
microwave, coffee pot, large griddle and Corian countertops.There is a full size laundry room on the  
first floor with a washer/dryer. An oversized deck wraps around three sides of the house and has a  
large outdoor table with chairs, ceiling fans and a large picnic table. Outside we have a shower  
with hot/cold water and a charcoal grill. 
 
 This is a house that you will love to call 'home' while you vacation! Maximum amount of people  
allowed- 14. 
 
A $3.00/car/day fee is collected from Ocean Lakes. 
We offer Express Check-In free of charge. 
You may rent a golf cart from Ocean Lakes or bring your own. 
You need only bring sheets, towels and paper products.

Activities and Attractions

Ocean Lakes is everything you could ask for in a family vacation. It has almost a mile of beach  
front and is a gated community/resort with all the amenities you will need for a great stay. The  
recreation area has an Olympic-sized pool, an indoor heated pool, a kiddie water play area with  
fountains and mounted squirt guns.  
There are 2 playgrounds, and 2 snack shops that serves snacks and ice cream all day. 
 
Have young children but need a break from them? Enroll them in Kamp Starfish, a 1/2 day camp program  
which the kids will love. Planned activities at camp await them! Sign up in the Recreation Building! 
Next to the pool is a huge recreation building where you will find scheduled activities for young  
and old alike (Bingo, ceramics, arts&crafts, also free miniature golf and horseshoe tournaments).  
Here you can also get great discount coupons for golf and many of the local attractions. In this  
area also is the new arcade with over 80  
games. There is a brand new grocery store and gift shop for your everyday needs. Sit at the outdoor  
WiFi Cafe and enjoy  breakfast, lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. Also you will find  
basketball, volleyball, shuffle board and ping-pong. Tool around the grounds on a rented golf cart  
or enjoy renting a bike right from Ocean Lakes. Once here, you do not need to leave for anything!! 
This is truly a place where you can let the kids roam around in a very safe environment. Security is  
24/7 and strictly enforced.
