We have 2 houses which are next to each other, each with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, each on oversized lots for easy pull in, pull out. Now large families/friends can vacation next to each other. Each home is beautifully decorated with a great 'beach feel'. Both have Master Bedroon Suites with jetted jacuzzi tubs and separate stall showers. Beautiful craftsmanship has gone into each one of these houses.

You may rent one or both!

We use our calendar for BOTH houses, so if a week is booked, it means BOTH houses are booked. If it shows that it is available on the calendar, one may be booked and we will tell you which house is available.

House #1 sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 extra using the pull out couch in the Great Room.

House #2 sleeps 11 comfortably with 2 extra using the pull out couch in the Great Room.

House #1 has a huge covered porch that wraps around 3 sides of the house.
House # 2 has a 20x40' lower deck (half is covered) and a 10x20' upper balcony deck (covered).

Bedroom # 1- Master Bedroom Suite (on lower level) with queen size bed, jetted jacuzzi tub, separate stall shower, Granite countertops

Bedroom # 2,3,4- Queen bed

5th bedroom in House #1- an open concept bedroom that the kids love to call their 'family room'. There a 2 full size beds.

5th bedroom in House #2- not open concept, has twin-over-full-bunkbed

Each house has 4 TV's.

Bathrooms: 3 Full baths plus a 1/2 bath
2 baths have oversized jetted jacuzzi tubs with separate stall showers. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the beautiful bay window bathtub!
(2 baths downstairs, 2 upstairs)

We are on an oversized corner lot and an oversized lot which has ample room for up to 4 vehicles. (If you know Ocean Lakes, you are familiar with the narrow roads.) Our side road is a double sized road. No hassles pulling in/out of this property!

The kitchen has evrything you will need for cooking and serving meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, European cooktop stove, coffee pot, large griddle and Corian countertops. All cooking utensils included.

Hardwood floors throughout first floor living area. There is a full size laundry room on first floor with a washer/dryer.

You need only bring sheets, towels and paper products.

Ocean Lakes charges $5/car/day.

has one mile of private beach front ocean access and is a gated
community/resort with all the amenities you will need for a great
stay. The recreation area has an Olympic-sized pool, an indoor heated
pool, a kiddie water play area with fountains and mounted squirt
guns. There are 2 playgrounds, and 2 snack shops that serves snacks
and ice cream all day.

Have young children and need a break from them while on vacation?
Enroll them in Kamp Starfish, a 1/2 day camp program which the kids
will love. Planned activities at camp await them! (Available during summer months) Next to the pool is a huge recreation building where you will find scheduled activities for young and old alike (Bingo, ceramics, arts&crafts, also free miniature golf and horseshoe tournaments).
Here you can also get great discount coupons for golf and many of the
local attractions. In this area also is the new arcade with over 80
games. There is a brand new grocery store and gift shop for your
everyday needs. Sit at the outdoor WiFi Cafe and enjoy breakfast,
lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. Also you will find
basketball, volleyball, shuffle board and ping-pong. Drive around the
grounds on a rented golf cart or enjoy renting a bike right from
Ocean Lakes. Once here, you do not need to leave for anything!!
