rent in a tropical setting, you'll be impressed with this home on
the Island.
Built in the Old Florida beach house style it has 3 bedrooms, 2
baths, a heated pool, a spacious great room, hardwood floors, three
car garage, screened-in pool and lanai, and all new furnishings. Our
home is located just 1/2 mile from the south public beach access,
and we include bicycles with chains for your use. The pool and lanai
face south so that you receive plenty of Florida sunshine while
lounging poolside.
Marco Island is on the southern Gulf coast of Florida, just south of
Naples and approximately 50 miles south of Fort Myers, the home of
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), which accommodates
most major airlines. Marco Island is known for it's long, wide, fine
white sandy beaches, sunsets over the Gulf, great restaurants, and
generally laid-back atmosphere. It's a great place for families,
honeymooners, or vacationers that want a tropical get-away without
the hassle of thousands of youthful "Spring-Breakers" interrupting
their stay.
The Everglades are close enough for a day trip, and there are enough
activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. Deep-sea fishing,
golf, tennis, shelling, and boating are all favorite pastimes of
Marco Island visitors.
Naples, Florida is 30 minutes north of Marco Island and has hundreds
of up-scale boutiques and restaurants
Because of Marco's location south of the Tropical Zone, the weather
there is much warmer and fair than northern and central Florida
during the winter and springtime, and cooled during the summer from
breezes off the Gulf.

Walk 3 blocks to the beach to enjoy Marco's fine, white sandy
beaches. Shelling, fishing, sailing, jet skiing, and just listening
to the surf await you. The house is also close to restaurants and
boutiques, and a short drive to great golf courses and the Florida
Everglades. There's world-famous deep-sea and backwater fishing on
Marco Island, so look into setting up a charter with one of the many
experienced captains in the area. Our pool is very private and
enjoys all day sun.
