THE BEDROOM has a beautiful hardwood parquet floor, a new Simmons pillow-top queen bed, cozy armchair and French doors that open onto a LARGE COVERED PORCH filled with plants, a comfortable upholstered couch and a water garden. It's a wonderful spot to relax with a book and your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

THE KITCHEN is a separate room, cheerful and bright with its three large windows. It has been newly remodeled with custom glass and ceramic tile, stainless sink and refrigerator, filtered water and is fully-equipped with a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the cookware, utensils, glasses and dinnerware that you'll need.

THE BATHROOM has just been completely remodeled. It has a tub with shower, large 3-sided mirrored vanity with drawers and plenty of shelf space. Its large window overlooks a charming succulent garden.

THE PRIVATE ENTRANCE has a small DECK with a café table and chairs.
