comfortable, clean, extra ordinary oceanfront, scenic beauty of 
Diamond Head, Waikiki, city lights.

Your living area on the first floor has  5 bedrooms and 2 baths, 
large and fully equipped, dining and lounge space and beach front 
lanai called Tiki room, sitting space is plentiful.

Beds: 1 king size, 1 queen size and 3 full size. Each with complete 
bedroom sets, quality beddings linens, extra sheets in each closets.

The house is fully furnished with everything you need.  You'll find 
it generously proportioned and lovingly decorated.

It's like being at home...home in Hawaii, that is...

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen comes with everything you need to cook and serve a complete 
meal, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, BBQ 
grill, cable t.v., vcr, dvd and stereo.  Easy access to a 
computer/internet, telephone.  Washer & dryer, iron & ironing board,
surfboards, kayak, bike, fishing equipments, beach chairs, coolers, 
beach towels.  

2 outside showers for your convenience after walking at the beach.

Activities and Attractions

Relaxing tropical atmosphere:  Beachwalk, swimming, surfing, 
fishing, kayaking, biking, public tennis courts, world class golf 
courses and sunset watching.

15 minutes away: Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, 16 plex theater, 
Ko'Olina Resort (marina & dining/luau), world class golf, Waikele 
Outlet, Pearlridge Mall (shopping).

20 to 30 minutes away:  Honolulu International Airport, Pearl 
Harbor, Arizona Memorial and Aloha Stadium (flea market on 
Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday's), here you can find variety of 
gifts: you name it, you'll find it there.
 

Vacation Rental Rates

November-January/June-August  $425.00 per night or $85.00 per room
$2,975  per week (7 nights) maximum 10  including children.
February-May/September-October $375.00 per night/$75.00 per room
$2,625  per week (7 nights) maximum 10 including children
Rates subject to 11.25% state tax

Note:  Rates subject to change without notice, until confirmed.

50% to hold reservations
50% due upon arrival
$300.00 security deposit ( refunded if there is no damage)
$300.00 cancellation fee
$150.00 cleaning fee

Money orders, checks, cashier's check accepted only.
