Located in the Surfdweller, this spacious 1,450 square foot, 2 bedroom condo has two sliding glass doors leading to 30 feet of private balcony complete with a chaise lounge, outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a bar height table and stools for easy beach viewing.  The balcony provides a wonderful outdoor living space, great for gathering with family and friends. Be on the lookout for the dolphins that pass by our 435 feet of white sugar sand beach. 

The complex includes an adult pool and kiddie pool, surrounded by a large deck and lounge area.  Our parking lot provides both open and covered parking.  A full sized tennis court is right outside your door for those who would like to engage in a game of tennis.

The oversized guest bedroom includes a reading corner and two queen sized beds.  The master bedroom also had a seating area, large walk-in closet and private bathroom.  A fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer, and a newly updated, fully equipped kitchen, makes this property an excellent choice for families wanting a fully furnished unit with amazing views.  

The unit is equipped with three tvs, including two flat screen tvs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, both with DVD.               All local phone calls and high speed internet (including secure wireless network) are provided free of charge to our guests. 

There are countless restaurants and activities right here on the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk and Fishing Pier, including the Gulfarium, featuring live sea shows and dolphin encounters.

Destin is just a few miles east and provides many activities as well as an enormous array of dining options.  Dolphin cruises, fishing charters, the Silver Sands Mall (the nations's largest outlet mall), and for the adventurer, jet ski rental, parasailing, and scuba diving, just to name a few.

Okaloosa Island has something for everyone.  The spectacular views,the soothing and relaxing sounds of the surf below make you feel like you are truly in paradise.
