The all new Harborview Grande is a waterfront condominium completed
January 2006. It rises eight stories above the city of Clearwater
Beach with direct frontage on beautiful Clearwater Bay. This condo
is one of fifty-five condominium homes on seven living levels and
features an incredible water view and a sweeping waterside balcony
and is located only 300 yards from the gorgeous white sand beaches
of Clearwater. The residence offers more than 2,000 s.f. of living
area with two bedrooms plus a den/optional third bedroom and two
full baths. The waterfront master suite affords breathtaking views
plus a spacious walk-in closet, dual vanities and a separate shower
and whirlpool tub. The kitchen amenities include granite counter
tops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The unit is
fully furnished and equipped and includes a washer and dryer. Under
building parking is provided. A heated pool and spa is located at
waterside for your enjoyment.

Beautiful Condo on Top Floor

Beautiful well appointed condo on the top floor. We really loved the balcony as it overlooks the inlet with the boat slips and a look to the left you see the Gulf. Just a short walk to the beautiful Clearwater Beach. We were treated to several views of 2 or 3 dolphins that swam into the inlet looking for their dinner! The owner and agent were real easy to deal with. We would recommend Frenchy's South Beach Cafe and Post Corner Pizza as go to restaurants that are close and for a special evening a visit to the Island Way Grill. I would recommend this unit and this building to any family as we found all our neighbors to be pleasant and friendly. This condo makes for a good base for attending baseball Spring training in Dunedin and Clearwater and travel to points north such as Tarpon Springs and south as the beaches on the way to St. Pete.

All in all I would highly recommend this condo and would certainly use it again on another trip to Clearwater Beach.

Very nice condo. Ideally situated, five minute walk to a beautiful beach, great view of the intercossta waterway from the large deck and a view of the gulf of Mexico from the front walkway. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Public transportation is just outside the door.

The interior of the unit is very well laid out with a wonderful master bedroom and two additional fair sized rooms.

We like to do most of our own cooking so we can have our meals on the large balcony overlooking the water, so the large kitchen was appreciated. However, some of the cooking utensils were desperately in need of replacement and/or upgrading.

It was nice that the condo had two beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. Unfortunately the umbrella post was broken so we could not use it.

It was a pleasure dealing with the rental agents, they were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

A minor issue was that the cleaners used a very strong cleaning agent to do the floors. It took us three day s to air the place out. Perhaps the cleaning staff could switch to some environmentally friendly cleaning products.

For people who are unfamiliar with Clearwater beach, it is a wonderful place for all ages. Very clean, safe and beautiful. This is our fifth time in Clearwater beach and we will be back again next year or even earlier as we love it so much.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car

Location was perfect. Walk to the beach was easy. Condo is on the 8th floor with lovely view of the bay. The unit was clean & overall well maintained. The rental agent was responsive to inquiries. The unit provides just one parking pass. If you have a guest visit they should park offsite or risk being towed once the sun goes down. My four year old daughter really enjoyed the local pirate ship adventure. The beach was very nice particularly around sunset. I was not impressed with restaurants in the area. Prices were high and quality not so good. It was nice to have the full kitchen to prepare our own meals. The local publix grocery had everything we needed.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
