year old 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa perched on a hill just above North
Sound's Leverick Bay on the tranquil island of Virgin Gorda in the
British Virgin Islands.

Spyglass Villa offers a large pool with exceptional vistas across
North Sound encompassing a 220 degree view from its' expanded deck.

Facing from North, through East to the South, this villa captures the
cooling trade winds 12 months out of the year. Spyglass Villa is
fronted by large tile decks outside every room featuring
upgraded outdoor chairs and chaise lounges.

There are two air-conditioned, master bedrooms each with large
bathrooms. They are separated by an over sized "great room,"
including a gourmet kitchen, dining area and island style wet bar
perfect for gatherings of family and friends. The Great room
includes a surround seating area in the living room section,
including TV, CD Stero, with panaromic views of the Sound. Guests
will also have access to high-speed wireless DSL internet.

The third bedroom is a full, one bedroom efficiency with a kitchen
and its' own private deck, also facing North Sound and the Bitter End
Yacht Club.

The beautifully Italian tiled gourmet kitchen features a 25' side by
side refrigerator/freezer, gas range & oven, spacious microwave and
automatic dishwasher.

Overlooking the pool, you will find a free standing second ice maker
and wet bar in addition to a propane BBQ and outside dining table
with cushioned chairs. You can never have too much ice in the
tropics!

Spyglass Villa is only a 2-3 minute walk to Leverick Bay Resort,
where you will find a cyber cafe, spa, gourmet restaurant and market,
new swim up beach bar, dive, gift and Pusser's clothing stores, water
sports operation and rental car office. There are five other on-the-
water restaurants and bars in North Sound that may be enjoyed and
reached by courtesy, shuttle boats.
