Ocean Village Resort in Hutchinson Island

Our stylish 1 bedroom, 1st floor condo is quite spacious and has
been
updated to please all. The setting is on the 6th fairway
with a nice set back for privacy. The interior flows from kitchen to
living room to screened lanai. The elegant master bedroom lies
behind
french doors from the living room and also accesses the
vanity/dressing area privately. It is furnished with a queen-sized
bed and has it's own TV and ceiling fan. There is a queen sleep sofa
in the living room. This area also includes a TV, stereo/CD player,
and ceiling fan. The kitchen is amply stocked with dishes, cookware,
linens, stemware, and serving pieces. Appliances include microwave,
full-size stove/oven, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, and full-size washer/dryer. The screened lanai is the
ultimate for relaxation. It is set apart from living area with
sliding glass doors and also has a ceiling fan. The unit is
tastefully decorated and tiled throughout. Bath towels, beach
towels,
beach chairs, cooler, games, wireless internet, etc. are all included. Come and enjoy!

The oceanfront location, extensive amenities, and spacious grounds
set it apart from the rest. For activities, you can choose between
our 9 hole par 3 golf course (Free off-season and $4 in season), 10
tennis courts (some lit for night play), 4 pools PLUS separate
kiddie
pool, hot tub, 2 bocce courts, 2 shuffleboard courts, exercise/sauna
facility, water aerobics,meeting rooms,library, and plenty of
walking
paths.

The Hutchinson Island area is rich with offerings, too. There is
never a lack of great, local golf courses, marine and oceanographic
facilities to explore like the Navy Seal Museum, Gilbert Bar House
of
Refuge-Life Saving Station, Manatee Observation Center, Harbor
Branch
Oceanographic Institute, fish feeding place
The Intracoastal Waterway lies between the island and mainland.
Visit
some of the marinas, charter a fishing trip, rent a pontoon boat and
explore, join a kayaking expedition, or fish off the jetty.
For shopping, there are at least 3 major shopping malls within easy
driving distance. Fort Pierce and the surrounding towns now boast
vibrant villages, as well, with lots of great shops and restaurants.
Some favorites are Vero Beach, Jensen Beach, and Stuart.
For excursions West Palm Beach, Disney World/Orlando, Kennedy Space
Center, Fort Pierce Jai-Alai, and Lake Okeechobee are easy day trips

$375 per week plus $75 departure cleaning fee and 11.5% tax beginning April 22, 2011 until December 15, 2011 excluding holidays.  $750 per week plus $75 departure cleaning fee and tax  December 16-May 1, 2012.
