Vacation Rental Description

This luxury condo comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen,  
dining room with wet bar, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms,  
balcony and private Jacuzzi.  In addition to the spectacular views  
of the Bay of Banderas, you'll enjoy all the amenities offered by the  
gated community of Bay View Grand.  This condo comfortably sleeps 6,  
but could accommodate up to 8.  Each bedroom has a private bathroom,  
and there is a large television in the main living area 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include a private Jacuzzi, safe and exclusive gated  
community, large infinity pool, fully licensed snack and restaurant  
area, easy walking distance to Marina Vallarta, shops, and health  
and beauty spas.  Site is a 10 minute taxi cab ride from the airport  
and a 15 minutes cab ride to the city of Puerto Vallarta.  

Activities and Attractions

Access to beach area and large infinity pool.  Adventure Vallarta,  
located next door in the main hotel offers excursion such as  
swimming with dolphins, tequila factory tours, zip line through the

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter    = 2,500$ (US) a week 
Summer = 1,500$ (US) a week 
 
Long term available - monthly and yearly (contact for rate and availability) 
 
12/23/07 - 12/30/07 = 3,500$ (US) a week  
12/30/07 - 01/06/08 = 3,500$ (US) a week 
 
Easter week = 3,500$ (US) a week  
 
A $1000(US) deposit in money order or certified bank check required to hold space. Balance due 3 weeks before  
arrival unless agreement otherwise.
