Vacation Rental Description

Villa Solana is a beautiful spacious villa located within the Solana Resort. The villa is ideally  
located for theme parks, golf, beaches, dining and shopping. This single level villa has 2  
master suites (1 King, 1 Queen) each with their own bathrooms.  There is a further 2 twin  
bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All rooms in our villa are furnished and decorated to  
the highest standard beginning with the 1st master bedroom with its elegant 4 poster bed.  
There is also a games room with pool table and air hockey table. You will have your own  
private pool and spacious (oversized) south facing deck which benefits from all day sun.  
There is also a covered porch. For your security, the villa is located within  
a gated community. 
 
 
 
The Solana Resort which boasts a 4000 sq ft community clubhouse was completed in  
October 2005. Of course, you may not want to leave the villa and your private pool, but if  
you do decide to venture out and meet some of your fellow vacationers, you will not be  
disappointed. The club house is a 2 minute walk from the villa and offers a beautiful  
outdoor community pool and spa surrounded by palm trees, a putting green, beach volley  
ball court, recreation (soccer) field, and kids play park. Indoors there is an elegant and  
spacious lobby area with large flat screen cable TV with comfortable sofas and games  
tables. There is also a games room/arcade, cyber cafe with high speed internet, snack bar  
and sundry store, and fitness center.

Mar/Apr/May/Sept/Oct: GBP 599 or $ 1050  
 
Jun/Jul/Aug: GBP 649 or $ 1135  
 
High/Peak Season:  
Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year: GBP 699 or $ 1200.  
 
Additional Charges (apply all year):  
-Non-refundable reservation deposit: GBP 200 or $ 300 (this will be deducted from your  
final balance).  
-Refundable security deposit payable with final payment: GBP 200 or $ 300.  
-All rates are subject to 12% State and Local tax.  
-Additional charge for use of pool heater (not usually required May -  
Sept.).  
-Rentals less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge.
