it is only rented weekly)

Friday & Saturday (non holiday 2 night min.) September- October(2
night min.) $500.00 per night + 8% + cleaning.
 
Friday & Saturday (non holiday 2 night min) November- May $475.00 per
night + 8% & cleaning.

Sunday- Thursday (non holiday) September- May $350.00 per night + 8%
and cleaning.

All Holidays September- May (3 night Min) $550.00 night + taxes &
cleaning.
