Vacation Rental Description

Located on the beautiful Sea of Cortez, this furnished, fully  
equipped condo includes dishes, cookware, utensils, washer and  
dryer. Bath, bed and kitchen linens are provided. Condo towels are  
not allowed at pool or beach, so bring your own beach towel or rent  
one at the convenience store. Rates based on 2 adults. $20/night for  
each extra adult. Maximum 4 persons. Children 12 and under free.  
Rental rates listed are per night. Just a 4 hour drive from Phoenix,  
AZ - Puerto Penasco is just one hour from the Mexico/USA border. 
Minimum age: Primary tenant must be at least 25
